After registering the jimmitchell.social domain name, expecting to use it for a Mastodon instance of my own, I’m suddenly procrastinating making a move. I’m not 100% sure it’s something I want to do. The first year for the domain is about $4, but renewal is going to be over $40. Is it worth it? I’m not thinking so.
